Please ensure the terms and conditions are read and understood before ordering. When you accept a transaction with us, you are also accepting our conditions of purchase. The transaction is complete once you have received the confirmation of your order, and it is your responsibility as a customer to ensure that all information provided, especially your e-mail is correct.
Prices and taxes:
All prices are in Euros (€) including VAT.
The profit from the digital collection will go to WaterAid and their important work for a better world. You can read more about WaterAid here: wateraid.org
All payments is securely handled via Paypal, you can pay with PayPal, Visa and MasterCard. All transactions are encrypted and have 24/7 Fraud Protection monitoring.

We deliver the digital collection worldwide.
Please note that you will not receive a physical product. Your delivery will be the photo you sent in, dressed with the digital product. Normal delivery time is within 24 hours with orders place during weekdays and working hours. The maximum of delivery time is 72 hours. You will receive an order confirmation once you have placed your order.

When you upload a photo, you as consumer takes all responsibility for the legal rights of your photo. Carlings takes no responsibilities in terms of photo usage rights.
Exchanges and returns:
We do not accept exchange or return on the digital collection.
Return of faulty goods:
Complaints about faulty goods can be e-mailed to us at email@example.com. Please attach the receipt and delivered image. Your right to complaint about faulty goods last for 5 days.
Right of withdrawal:
As a customer, you have the right to cancel a purchase if your order is delayed within more than 72 hours. If this should occur, please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org and attach the receipt you received by e-mail.
When registering your order on carlings.com/digitalcollection, you accept that we can save and use your personal data and uploaded image to process and deliver your order. The image and your personal data will be stored for maximum of 3 month after the purchase. According to the Act on Data Protection, you are entitled to details of the information we have registered on you in instances you believe the details are incorrect or irrelevant. You can request correction or deletion from our order database. Please email@example.com. We can assure you that we do not sell or disclose your personal data to any third party.

If Carlings is subject to force majeure, i.e. if we or our associates are victims of war, warlike events, revolution, rebellion, action taken by the authorities, strikes, lockouts, blockade, natural disasters, fire, transport disruption, a ban on supply or similar events, Carlings is entitled to suspend its obligations to its customers for up to two months. After this period, both Parties can cancel the agreement without becoming liable for compensation.
The Parties shall seek to resolve any disputes between them. If this is not possible, the matter can be brought before the Norwegian Consumer Council in the area in which you live. All disputes shall be resolved according to Norwegian law.
